Ordering goods from us

When you order goods from us we will require information from you in order to process your order. We will request you to provide your name, trading name, email address, invoice address and if different, delivery address. We will also request your telephone numbers (both landline and mobile).  Where necessary we will also request your VAT registration number. These are all essential to enable us to perform our contract with you.

We may also pass on your name and postal address to couriers and other delivery agents in order to deliver your goods. 

We will pass on your details to a finance broker where you have instructed us to do so. This is necessary where you have decided to finance the purchase of the machinery which you wish to purchase from us.
